Booking and Appointments
Counselling is not one-size-fits-all, and support should reflect your unique experiences.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been coming up for you and find ways to move forward that feel manageable and aligned.

Appointment Types:
15-minute Phone Call Consultation
Individual Counselling (Virtual Session, Online Only, 50-minutes)
Cancellations or Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed with the full session amount.

Insurance Coverage
Counselling services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health benefits. As coverage can vary, it’s recommended that you check with your provider to confirm eligibility for a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling - Provisional (MPCC-P) registered with the CPCA (Canadian Professional Counselling Association). Receipts will be provided for you to submit for reimbursement.
Booking is completed through the Jane App, the link is provided below along with the Book button. Sessions will be held through Jane, please ensure you complete the Intake and Consent Form prior to your Individual Counselling Session
